Join us for a twice weekly class at LB Endurance Lab, designed specifically for the endurance athlete.  If you tri, swim, bike, and/or run, this class will help you build the strength and mobility you need to for optimal performance while reducing injury risk.

Each class is limited in size to ensure a quality workout with expert instructor interaction.  Expect each session to include an aerobic component, strength, muscular endurance, mobility and range of motion exercises.  Our coach will ensure both focus and fun!

How does the class work?

Athletes purchase a pass good for ten (10) classes. Each pass expires 90 days after purchase.  Athletes sign up for a class slot ahead of time, and a waitlist will be created in case of cancellation.  As demand increases, more classes will be added.

Cancellations must be communicated more than 12 hours prior to the class start time. Any cancelation within 12 hours of class start will result in one class being used.

What does the class cost?

A 10-class pass is $295.

Based on availability, a single class pass is $35, payable when you register (call us!).

All LB Endurance athletes, that are actively coached at the time of pass purchase, will enjoy a $40 savings (Annual Training Plan) or $20 savings (Event Prep Plan or Team LBE members).  And there’s a $5 discount for drop-in class!
