Endurance coaching focuses on the physical and mental preparation to achieve a goal, often to cover a certain distance within a desired time, and even more often, simply to finish.  Coaching includes race fueling strategies: what to eat and drink, how often, and how much… but leaves daily nutrition to the athlete.

And we know that what we eat and drink daily can have a profound impact on performance, both for training and event execution. CONTINUING NUTRITION SUPPORT

For the athlete seeking regular accountability and feedback on their nutrition journey.

  • Review diet and health history and current habits (may use a recall log, journal or tracking app)
  • Review lifestyle and personality, likes/dislikes, physical limiters
  • Review training program and event schedule
  • RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) assessment to determine basal caloric needs (a $75 value)
  • Personalized deliverables include: Goal definition, Strategies for change and Resources for implementation
  • Weekly Check-ins to review progress and adjust strategy
  • 3-month commitment

For the existing LB Endurance athletes (under current Athlete Agreement):  Monthly $90

For new clients: Start-Up = $150; monthly = $145

 

SINGLE CONSULTATION

Meet with our nutrition coach for a one-time consultation to develop a custom nutrition strategy. For the athlete that needs a fresh approach but is confident to implement change on their own.

  • Single session up to 90-minutes with our Nutrition Coach
  • Review history and current habits (may use a recall log, journal or tracking app)
  • Review lifestyle and personality, likes/dislikes, physical limiters
  • Review training program and event schedule
  • Personalized deliverables include: Goal definition, Strategies for change and Resources for implementation
  • One 30-minute follow-up call with Nutrition Coach to assess progress and adjust strategy (typically 2-4 weeks after the initial consult)

For the existing LB Endurance athletes (under current Athlete Agreement): $90

For new clients: $150

To include the RMR assessment, add $50 (a $75 value)
