THE LEGIT BADASS ANNUAL TRAINING PROGRAM (“THE LB ATP”)

Coaching for the athlete committed to development and growth, who seeks regular coaching interaction.

  • Delivered via TrainingPeaks (TrainingPeaks Premium is included)
  • Initial 60-minute consultation and on-boarding
  • Race preparation, hydration and fueling plan and review for all athlete events
  • Workouts for upcoming 1-2 weeks
  • Feedback 4-5/x per week on completed workouts and training
  • Monthly 30-minute coach meeting (at LBE Lab or virtual)
  • Two 30-minute Swim, Bike or Run analysis/feedback sessions per year
  • One INSCYD test with lactate in the Lab, plus follow up field tests
  • Access to LBE Lab recovery studio (Normatec, Theragun, e-stim, etc) and strength and mobility area
  • Discounts on retail products and additional services, including use of the Endless Pool

 

The details:

  • $150 one-time onboarding fee
  • $300 monthly with our Head Coach, $265 with an Associate Coach; $240 with an Assistant Coach
  • This is a 12-month commitment. Payments are made monthly.
  • For athletes that desire Event Preparation coaching for less than 12 months, other terms are available. Please ask!

LBE Personal Training

A coached personal training plan designed to help our athlete improve their fitness through strength training and cardiovascular conditioning that is customized to best fit their life. We offer BASIC and ENHANCED programs, with options for multiple training partners.

The BASIC program is designed for the self-motivated and experienced athlete that is already familiar with strength training movements and is comfortable in a strength training environment.

The ENHANCED program helps athletes that desire more accountability and/or benefit from more individual instruction and movement feedback. This is great for beginners, those recovering injury or returning from a long lay off from activity.

The BASIC and ENHANCED programs include:

  • Virtual onboarding assessment plus phone call with Coach
  • Customized strength training plan
  • Customized cardiovascular training plan
  • Delivered via TrainingPeaks (athlete option to purchase TP Premium for $10/month)
  • Baseline metrics set and monitored to evaluate progress. The coach and athlete will agree at least three metrics to assess.
  • Includes Initial Functional Assessment at program start
  • Access to LBE Lab recovery studio (Normatec, Theragun, e-stim, etc and the LBE Lab strength and mobility area
  • Discounts on retail products and additional services, including use of the Endless Pool

 

We can also add Nutrition Coaching. Just ask!

 

BASIC

Onboarding fee = $150; Training fees = $145 per four weeks; Payments are made every four weeks.

  • Minimum commitment = 12 weeks (3 x four-week)
  • Includes a 1:1 45-minute session with your Coach, once per four weeks (Week 1), and two athlete-initiated 15-minute phone calls (Weeks 2 & 4)

 

ENHANCED

Onboarding fee = $150; Training fees = $285 per four weeks; Payments are made every four weeks.

  • Minimum commitment = 12 weeks (3 x four-week)
  • Includes a 1:1 45-minute session with your Coach every week

 

ENHANCED TRAINING WITH A BUDDY

You and your friend, neighbor, spouse, sister, parent, etc. you get the idea!  The plans will be individualized per person, but a program will be created to allow you to train together and meet with the Coach together.

Onboarding fee = $270 ($135 each); Training fees = $490 for both (or $245 each) per four weeks; Payments are made every four weeks.

  • Minimum commitment = 12 weeks (3 x four-week)
  • Includes Initial Functional Assessment for each athlete
  • Includes a 1:1 45-minute session with your buddy AND your Coach every week. Sessions will not be duplicated – buddies should attend together!
