THE LEGIT BADASS ANNUAL TRAINING PROGRAM (“THE LB ATP”)

Coaching for the athlete committed to development and growth, who seeks regular coaching interaction.

  • Delivered via TrainingPeaks (TrainingPeaks Premium is included)
  • Race preparation, hydration and fueling plan and review for all athlete events
  • Workouts for upcoming 1-2 weeks
  • Feedback 1-2/x per week on completed workouts and training
  • Monthly 30-minute coach meeting (at LBE Lab or virtual)
  • Two 30-minute Swim, Bike or Run analysis/feedback sessions per year
  • One INSCYD test with lactate in the Lab, plus follow up field tests
  • Access to LBE Lab recovery studio (Normatec, Theragun, e-stim, etc)
  • Access to LBE Lab strength and mobility area
  • Free attendance at all LBE Lab group workouts
  • Discounts on retail products and additional services, including use of the Endless Pool

The details:

  • $150.00 one-time onboarding fee
  • $250.00 a month with our Head Coach or Associate Coach; $220.00 with an Assistant Coach
  • This is a 12-month commitment, with payments made monthly.

THE LEGIT BADASS EVENT PREP PLAN (“THE LB EPP”)

Customized training plan with periodic coaching feedback for an athlete’s specific event preparation or goal achievement.

  1. 3 – 6 month duration
  2. Delivered via TrainingPeaks (athlete option to purchase TP Premium for $10/month)
  3. Initial 60-minute consultation and on-boarding
  4. Workouts for upcoming 4 weeks
  5. One 15-minute consultation with feedback every two weeks, including prep for next 4-week training block
  6. Race preparation and review for up to two events
  7. Access to LBE Lab recovery studio (Normatec, Theragun, e-stim, etc)
  8. Access to LBE Lab strength and mobility area
  9. Free attendance at all LBE Lab group workouts
  10. Discounts on retail products and additional services, including use of the Endless Pool

The details:

  • $100.00 one-time onboarding fee
  • $175.00 per four weeks with our Head Coach or Associate Coach; $145 with an Assistant Coach. Payments are made every four weeks.

LBE Personal Training

A coached personal training plan designed to help our athlete improve their fitness through strength training and cardiovascular conditioning that is customized to best fit their life.

The BASIC program includes:

  1. Virtual onboarding assessment plus phone call
  2. Customized strength training plan
  3. Customized cardiovascular training plan
  4. Delivered via TrainingPeaks (athlete option to purchase TP Premium for $10/month)
  5. One (1) x 45-minute live (virtual or in-person) training session per four weeks (Week 1)
  6. Two (2) x 15-minute phone/video calls per four weeks (Weeks 2 & 4)
  7. Completed workout review and feedback
  8. Baseline metrics set and monitored to evaluate progress. The coach and athlete will agree at least three metrics to assess.
  9. Access to LBE Lab recovery studio (Normatec, Theragun, e-stim, etc)
  10. Access to LBE Lab strength and mobility area
  11. Discounts on retail products and additional services, including use of the Endless Pool

 

The BASIC Details:

Onboarding fee = $100; $145 per four weeks; Payments are made every four weeks.

  • Minimum commitment = 12 weeks (3 x four-week); 
  • Add an In-Person FMS (Functional Movement Screen) for just $30 at program start

 

ENHANCED training is available, including more 1:1 interaction between athlete and coach. ENHANCED Training includes all components of our BASIC program, plus:

Additional LIVE (virtual or in-person) 45-minute training sessions per four weeks

  •     One additional, total of two = $195 total per four weeks
  •     Two additional, total of three = $240 total per four weeks
  •     Three additional, total of four = $285 total per four weeks
