What do we do?
Every LB Endurance athlete benefits from working with an experienced, insured and certified coach that has completed a decade of races of all types, from single sport challenges like marathon runs and swims to bicycle criterium racing, to multi-sport races near and far. Our coaching includes guidance on daily nutrition, race fueling, race execution and recovery. We also offer group training programs and support private group bicycle adventures in East Tennessee.
